“We can do hard things.”

Glennon Doyle

Take the leap, I’m here to help you fly.

Whether this is your first time seeking therapy, or you've been doing the work for a while, welcome! Getting to this stage takes some courage, you’ve done so much to get to this point.

My hope for you is that you will experience more peace, confidence, and contentment. I am honored to help you get there.

CONSULTATION PROCESS

Before your initial session, we'll schedule a 20-minute phone consultation. On the call, you may ask any questions you have and briefly discuss why you are seeking therapy.

If you and I believe I'm the right fit, we'll schedule the first session.

oon - “out-of-network”

If you have insurance coverage, you may have "out-of-network (OON) benefits". OON may provide some reimbursement. For more information contact your insurance provider.

Payment is due at the end of the session. At the end of the month, I provide a "superbill" that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

When contacting your insurance company the following questions may be helpful:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy? What are the benefits?

  • How many sessions or hours are covered, and for what period of time?

  • What percentage of the service fee is covered?

  • Do I need to submit any forms to use my out-of-network benefits?

Important information

  • I do not accept insurance. I provide documentation for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement on Out-of-Network benefit as applicable.

  • We will meet virtually using telehealth. I utilize a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform for our sessions.

  • Send a message through my Contact page.

  • It depends. Research indicates that 50% of people experience significant improvement after 12-16 sessions. Some people participate in therapy for several months and others attend for several years.

  • I offer a free consultation so we can determine if I’m the right fit for you. If I’m not, I will provide you with referrals.

  • I use Attachment-Focused Therapy (AFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
