Therapy for Women with ADHD

Love yourself and honor your neurodiversity

The average age of diagnosis for women with ADHD is 23.

For men, it’s 19.

That’s four years without necessary care and support.

The good news is, I’m here to help.

I understand how ADHD shows up in women and the common challenges that make life for women with ADHD feel so hard. I’ve helped many women with ADHD embrace their uniqueness and develop hacks to reduce life’s friction.

Hi, I'm Jordan

My pronouns are she/her/hers.

I’m a licensed therapist in Colorado and Illinois, with nearly a decade of experience. I specialize in working with women with ADHD.

Starting therapy can be scary. I commit to holding a space of non-judgment and compassion for you. We work together, but you're in charge. I bring my expertise in ADHD; you bring your expertise on you. We're a team, and I'm rooting for you.

My Approach

I use elements of Attachment-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavorial Therapy, and Mindfulness. I prioritize your emotional safety and teach you evidence-based interventions. It is my priority that you feel safe, seen, and respected throughout our work together.

Through our work, you will…

  • Understand ADHD symptoms and how they show up in daily life

  • Find new coping skills and how to manage executive function challenges

  • Become aware of your unique strengths as a person with ADHD

  • Develop self-compassion; living in a neurotypical world with a neurodiverse brain is hard

 How can I support you?

I provide teletherapy in Colorado and Illinois.
